Subscriptions and accounts

Cancel a subscription

Cancel in the app or by email before your current paid period ends. There will be no further renewal, and you keep access to the paid features until that period ends. Your account and access to free features remain.

Close an account

You can close your account by email or through the functions available in the service. This ends the User Agreement, closes the account immediately and ends all access to free and paid features. Any current subscription also ends. Fees already paid are not refunded unless your right of withdrawal or mandatory consumer law entitles you to a refund.

Ask for help with personal data

Want to access, correct or request deletion of personal data? Email us and describe which data your request concerns.

Say whether you want to request deletion of data or close the whole account. Access and retention are explained in the privacy notice.

Withdraw from a purchase or ask about a refund

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you take out the subscription. Send a clear notice by email before that period expires. If the paid features have already begun to be provided, a proportionate charge may apply for that time. This right is separate from the trial and from stopping the next renewal.

Any amount you are entitled to receive is refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Tell us what is not working

Email us about a technical problem or an accessibility barrier. It helps to describe:

What you were trying to do and what happened.
Where in the app or on the website the problem occurred.
Which phone, computer or browser you use.

You are welcome to attach a screenshot. Hide personal data that is not needed, and never send passwords or card details.
